Item Exchange:
We understand you may need to return or exchange your item for a number of reasons. It may not fit, you were told your bike was a different year model or perhaps you purchased the wrong item by mistake. All is good. We would be happy to help you with your return.
WHAT can be returned?
Most items are returnable, some restrictions apply. Special orders are non-refundable.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Riding Rubber offers a 30 days return providing the items are undamaged and are in original packaging.

HOW do customers return items?
Contact one of our sales team prior to sending any returns and we will assist you in the process.
SHIPPING for returns?
Unfortunately Australia Post and Couriers don't work for free, so the buyer pays for all shipping cost on incorrectly purchased items. If the item is under warranty or an incorrect item has been sent don't worry, Riding Rubber will pay for return shipping costs.
